Bookings & Memberships
Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and are confirmed by email or text. Memberships renew automatically on the schedule you selected and can be cancelled anytime by contacting your shop directly — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Using the Site
Please use this website respectfully. That means no scraping our content, no attempting to break or bypass site security, and no posting anything false, harmful, or unlawful through any forms or reviews.
Payments & Cancellations
Payment is due at time of service unless you are on an active membership plan. Gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us as much notice as you can — it helps us take care of the next guy in the chair.

We do everything we can to make sure your visit goes smoothly, but as with any service business, we cannot guarantee a specific result every time. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by law.
